Two models are common in entity contracts: a total package shared by those who need it, or a fixed entitlement for each employee. The difference between them is not only financial, but also affects who gets the service and when.
This operational model needs
In the first model: track mass consumption and alert before it runs out. Second: tracking each member’s balance and renewing it periodically. Both of them require concealment of identity from the party and clarity of numbers.
Jobs that deserve priority
For total package:
- A collective consumption meter with an alert at a rate determined by the entity.
- Post-exhaust policy is declared before it occurs.
- An optional individual limit inside the package prevents a few from consuming it all.
For individual entitlement:
- Balance for each member and the date of renewal.
- Treatment of those who left the entity: What will happen to their balance and current status?
- Automatic periodic renewal with a statement of the balance that cannot be carried over.
In both cases: A periodic reconciliation linking what was done to what was invoiced, and an unnamed consumption report.
Suitability review practical scenario
- Created a contract with a lump sum and consumed a large percentage: When did the alert appear? And for whom?
- Add a single limit within the package: is it forbidden to exceed it?
- Create and renew a single maturity contract: What happened to the unused balance?
- Delete an affiliate: What happens to their balance and current status?
- Request period reconciliation: Does the executor match the biller?
Scope options and access limits
- The most efficient package, the fairest individual: The bundle uses money where it is needed, and individual entitlement ensures a share for all. Explain the difference to the party and let them choose.
- Borders that hide individuals: Alert that the individual limit has been reached reaches your team, not the party.
- Running state first: Running out of credit does not stop ongoing follow-up without a professional decision and a declared policy.
- Clarity for affiliate: To know his balance and what happens when it runs out before he starts.
